When can I expect my order?
We are currently experiencing a large rush due to the current promotion. As a result, processing time is slightly longer than normal, we apologise for any inconvenience! The delivery including processing time is on average 8-14 working days. Our team makes every effort to deliver your package to your home as soon as possible.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the
expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an
order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the track and trace link.

Have you not received your order 3 days after the delivery deadline? Please contact us.

I am missing some products with my order, how is that possible?

We work with various suppliers, so it is possible that
products are sent separately from each other. If items are
items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.
We apologise for the inconvenience.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are free

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
You can return any order within 30 days.

I want to return an item, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within
30 days after receipt. Products must be returned in their original
condition and labelled. The
product may not contain traces of use.

Send an e-mail to info@purewellington.com and then receive the return form.

A return should always come with Track & Trace code. The
sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received the items you have returned, we will
ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.

The track and trace code shows no information, how is that possible?
From the moment your parcel has arrived at the
mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Please note
take into account that there may be some delay.
